Outcome definitions

Completes: All measurable tasks completed, with enough evidence to grade.
Struggles: Some tasks completed, or the evidence set is still thin.
Fails: No measurable task reached a verified completion.
Gated: Every measured task on this site hit an honest access wall — login, booking reference, or payment. Excluded from scoring, and not necessarily gated on other airlines: the same task may run to completion elsewhere.
